Minimum Order – there’s now a minimum order value of £25 and you’ll receive a alert message if you try to check out with less than this in your shopping basket. It’s possible to complete checkout with less than £25 of goods but you’ll still be invoiced for £25 plus delivery and VAT. We’re sorry to have had to introduce this but the admin involved in every order (checking, packing, booking delivery courier, checking and paying courier invoice, entering sales invoice to accounts, accounting for VAT, chasing and allocating payments) means that we’ve been losing money on all the small orders and our accountant has insisted on this. The good news is that this should help us stay in business and keep prices down!
