This 25cm (10 inch) drumstick is made from bamboo and recycled car tyre rubber. It's a good weight for gamelan and most percussion instruments. But beware - the rubber will mark drumskins and light coloured surfaces. For a different sound (and to avoid marking the skin), try wrapping the rubber end in rough cotton or other materials.
