This is very useful for creating various kinds of bird sounds. It\'s quite expressive, with a range of various ways of playing. I\'m working on a piece of music based around a journey that moves through three distinct landscapes, each with different birdlife. It\'s interesting to reflect that one section uses a £1500 synthesizer to make the bird sounds, another uses computer software with a keyboard controller - and the tbird uses a flute that costs £3 from Drums for Schools. And it\'s good to be supporting Fair Trade as well.
